Part of our exclusive 'Handpicked' collection, The Millhouse was part of the original Roserrow farm and is an absolutely stunning property set in the heart of the development. Roserrow is a quiet collection of houses grouped around a 12th century farmhouse.

Upstairs the open plan sitting/dining room has beautiful exposed beams, an open fire and a balcony which is ideal for using the Charcoal BBQ overlooking the very attractive land. The kitchen is very well equipped and has the added benefit of an oil Aga and an electric oven.

Roserrow is perfectly situated to take full advantage of all the wonderful beaches in the area. Only 5 minutes in the car (or 15 minutes on the footpath) will get you to the ever popular sandy surfer’s beach at Polzeath with all its amenities and facilities. A small river flows through a series of large ponds on its way to the beach at Polzeath and you can follow this river on a footpath that takes you down to the beach.

Just a bit further on is the dog and family friendly Daymer Bay and a good walk round to Rock with its water sports facilities.

This wonderful holiday home is just a 5 minute walk from The Point at Polzeath, with a wealth of leisure activities including golf, tennis, swimming, spa, health club, restaurant and bar, to keep the whole family entertained whatever the weather.
